Men's Ministry - Sporting Clay Shoot

Calling all men! This is an M3 (Methodist Men's Ministry) event that we are participating in along with Asbury Church. The details are below. Please note that if you register for the event, the registration will be on Asbury Church's webiste.

Join us at Snake Creek Shooting Sports in Beggs on Friday morning, May 15 for our annual Asbury Men Sporting Clays event. Participants may register solo (random team assignment) or as a team of up to four. Invite your friends, neighbors, family—it’s going to be a great morning.

Schedule
- Check-in: 8:00 AM
- Mandatory safety meeting: 8:45 AM
- Shooting begins: 9:00 AM
- Lunch: 11:30 AM

Cost: $100 per person
Includes 50 clay targets, ammo, coffee, doughnuts, lunch, and a championship shoot-off.

Equipment & Course
- Bring your own shotgun or borrow one from a friend
- Limited shotgun rentals (5) available directly through Snake Creek

-  Course is approximately ¾ mile and walked
- Limited golf cart rentals (8) available for $65/cart, reserved directly with Snake Creek

Safety & Rules
- Eye and hearing protection required
- Shotguns must remain open and unloaded until on station
- Load no more than two shells
- Ammo limited to 7.5, 8, or 9 shot, max 1‑1/8 oz
- Waiver and rules acknowledgment required

If canceled due to weather, an email will be sent Thursday evening, May 14, with reschedule details.
